In Casa Casares you can retreat from the busy daily life and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in which the apartment is located. Go for a swim in the communal pool or relax in the private garden. You are surrounded by the mountains, the beach and cozy towns such as San Luis de Sabinillas and Estepona. Are you a golf lover? Go to the Finca Cortesin Golf Course just next to the apartment.

The Living Room
Cuddle up on our comfortable couch, enjoy a delicious dinner at the spacious dining table, pour a glass of wine, watch your favorite movie on the SmartTV, read a good book or play a game from our games cabinet. The Bedrooms
In our apartment you can use two lovely bedrooms with perfect, made box-spring beds. There is a bedroom with a kingsize bed and there is a bedroom with two single beds. The beds have lovely mattresses. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have a spacious closet to store your clothes or other things. From both bedrooms you have access to one of the bathrooms.

The Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can enjoy delicious coffee from the Nespresso machine, a milk frother and there are enough items available to decorate the table.
There is also a toaster, kettle, fridge, oven, and microwave, so you can easily prepare meals.
Upon arrival you will receive a nice welcome package with all kinds of goodies such as coffee and tea.
There is a separate room for the washing machine.
The Bathrooms
The apartment has two spacious bathrooms: this is the place to relax! Enjoy the wonderful massage shower. Or how about a glass of wine, a good book and some snacks in a nice warm bath? Towels are provided.
The Private Garden
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a huge private garden, so you have enough privacy to sit outside. The garden faces south, so you can enjoy the sun all day long!
There is a comfortable lounge set where you can relax and there is a dining table for a delicious dinner in the evening. Or light the barbecue for a nice evening meal. There are two sunbeds to relax with a book or a drink. Too much sun? Then there is also a parasol. You have a view of the mountains and you can hear birds whistling all day long.
The garden is a wonderful place to really relax! The children can play safely in the garden while you enjoy a cup of coffee. Have we already made you enthusiastic to come and spend a holiday in our apartment?
The Community
The apartment is located in a 24-hour secured community. There are two communal swimming pools where it is usually very quiet. There is a playground for the little ones and ample parking, both on the street and in the private garage. The clubhouse has a restaurant, fitness room and hair salon. Don’t feel like leaving the community? Go out for a nice meal at the Sunset Restaurant just around the corner. There is also a beautiful golf course where you can hit a ball with a view of the valley.
